4. Job Description
1) Monthly Accounting Close Review and Sign-Off
- Monthly management accounts
- Quarterly Reporting Schedules
- Consolidated financial results
- Reconcile cash balance
- Perform and manage closing work for Account payable
- Monthly inter-company reconciliation of transactions and adjusted any discrepancies
- Prepare document for payment of Inter-company transaction
- Manage Fixed Asset and vendor master
2) Local Statutory Accounts and Tax Reporting
- VAT filing (matching with e-tax data) and support quarterly and year-end tax returns
- Process owner of AP in Internal control and external audit support
- Review and transact account payables in compliance with the company guideline
3) Country Finance / Accounting Coordination
- Review expenses claim for compliance and filing documents
- Monitor expenses incurred and analysis work monthly
- Review and prepare monthly return and discount reports

1) Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant degree (Economics, Business Administration)
- preferred 1~2years of experience in Finance & Accounting but not compulsory (신입 지원 가능)
- fluent in English is must
- Must be detail-orientated, accurate, and analytical and have strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects.
- Must be organized and methodical in your approach to work, and be able to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Must be a team player; work with other colleagues to deliver the best team result.
2) Preferred
- Experience in working for a multinational corporation
- CPA- AICPA or KICPA is preferred.
- Using SAP experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
- Ability to adopt/ drive changes across the organization
- Understanding that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies (e.g. IFRS)
- Advanced knowledge of general accounting / general ledger concepts and applications
- Ability to collaborate extensively with external accounting service providers and auditors
- Proficient knowledge in basic application programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
