업무내용
- Client Relationship Management: First point of contact for all LD Electronic flow clients. Scope of interaction is broad and includes training on system functionality for the Deutsche Bank execution platform, Autobhan Futures & Options, communications about new functionality / regulatory requirements, understanding client requirements in relation to connections, management of day to day flow
- E-trading projects: manages new system roll outs and functionality enhancements, performs UAT and new product testing, provides inputs for system enhancements and actively participates in execution platforms migrations
- Outages / Incidents management : Responsible for the monitoring of real time alerts related to Futures and Options executions, and acts as escalation point and first clients point of contact for any incident / Outages involving the order flow
- Enablement: has relationships and interaction with various groups within in the bank and externally.
Responsible for ensuring a smooth enablement process onto the requested platform, this is managed via BOW pipeline tracker process. Once ready for production, eCS coordinates the first production trades and assists clients for any trading queries and issues they may have. Post Go-live. ensures awareness for full Straight-thru-processing with middle office and clearing teams

- Self-started and ability to see all tasks through to their resolutions
- Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
- Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal and external institutional clients with differing levels of product experience
- Proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of requests, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
- Experience in client facing roles or roles where sense of urgency is relevant
- Exposure to electronic trading and its technologies would be highly regarded
- Understanding of the Korean markets regulatory framework would be an advantage
- Previous experience in roles with international exposure
- Listed derivatives / Financial markets / Trading related to activities understanding
