Position Overview
We are looking for Analysts to join our Shanghai office and contribute to our continued success in Asia. Your main responsibility will be to source the best experts from around the globe to provide our clients with the most current and relevant information. You will go through a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for a variety of projects and interactions, such as what matters to a hedge fund when they look at a particular stock, what drivers impact private equity deal origination, and how a management consultant helps form corporate strategy. You will be dealing day-to-day with senior clients and specialists, taking ownership of your own projects.

- Building strong working relationships with senior executives both internally and externally
- Taking a proactive role in your own development and career path
- Directly contributing to the company's bottom line
- Facilitating and managing client projects from inception to conclusion

- Be a recent graduate, or have up to 1-2 years of work experience
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be organised and facilitate building relationships with clients and experts
- Have a natural curiosity to explore and anticipate clients' needs and use a logical approach to identifying and recruiting the right experts for the project
- Be able to provide superior client service by handling multiple projects at the same time, continuously prioritising throughout the lifecycle of the projects
- Be driven to deliver high-quality service by being a self-starter and anticipate what needs to be done, executing quickly
- Be able to develop relationships with internal colleagues, fitting our culture of openness, sharing of information, willingness to help, mutual respect and fun
