•Read and categorize the product online reviews and customer’s feedback in our CRM system.
•Convert text from Korean language to English.
•Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
•Prepare C-Pareto, bar charts, histogram for internal data analysis.
•Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.
