업무내용
Sales data reconciliation for Dyson online sales and marketplace, comparing external data with Dyson internal systems.
Will co-work with Finance, Logistics and E-Commerce teams internally, contact center and courier services externally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily reconciliation between online sales and SAP data, checking for differences and possible errors
2. Maintaining online orders and SAP records, by sales/returns/cancellations
3. Handling customer requests (payment cancellations, receipt issuance etc.)
4. Managing updates in margin conditions
5. Clearing accounts receivable with payments from online channels
6. Ad-hoc tasks and reports regarding online sales
