담당업무는 GE Healthcare Korea & GE Ultrasound Korea의 모든 채용업무를 수행하게 됩니다.
처음 6개월 계약직이지만, 계약연장 등 논의 가능합니다.
In-House or Search Firm에서 채용업무 1~4년의 경력 및 영어활용에 부담없는 분을 채용합니다.

[Role Summary]
You will lead strategic recruitment support and sourcing for GE Healthcare Korea. You will drive to develop candidates for open positions. Partnering with hiring managers, HR Managers & business leaders, you will deliver qualified talents to fill critical roles as well as attract passive talents. You will report to Korea Talent Acquisition Leader. This is a fixed-term contract position for 6 months.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
-Partner with the hiring managers and Human Resources Managers of GE Healthcare Korea (GEHC) to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for sourcing qualified diverse candidate positions in a timely and cost effective manner
-Provide full recruiting service to the hiring managers including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, completing job folder and applicant flow log, and offer negotiation, etc.
-Develop effective communication channels to interact with the hiring managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process
-Provide training for the hiring managers to ensure they are in compliance with all company policies and local (state and federal) laws pertaining to employment
-Drive new initiatives of recruiting channel development(Korean local job portal sites, SNS, Communities, etc.) to attract great talent into GEHC

Qualifications/Requirements:
• 1 ~ 4 years of recruiting experience preferably gained while working for in a corporate recruiting function or a big search firm
• Good track records of Recruiting
• Good written and verbal communications skills required
• Reasonable level of English & Native Korean
• Sales & Performance oriented person
