업무내용
As one of ECIK FPE, you have the opportunity to work with a team of FPEs who supports strategic customer projects especially QSF, wet chemical monitoring system. A job as a FPE allows you to use your technical knowledge to enhance products and services that produce customer satisfaction. Exercise your communication skills by working with a team as you focus on your chemical understanding background while completing customer process support as one of our highly-valued FPE.
• Works with semiconductor equipment to research, develop and optimize unit within customer sites: Fabs, Process tool manufacturers and others.
• Be front-line interface with customer on technical request and provide timely solution.
• Experience with the theory, practice and interpretation of chemical analytical techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate advanced technical constructs in direct and concise manner
• Involved in new technology development and perform technology promotion to customers.
• Work with R&D and engineering team on new product definition, risk assessment, package design, modeling and simulation.
• Work with R&D and engineering team on process characterization and equipment preparation.
• Work with customer and factory on systems qualification
• Oversee project schedule with internal and external team, ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate HQ readiness and understanding of new opportunities.
• Crisis management with sound problem solving skills and project management skills.
