업무내용
1. Sales System Enhancement Support (50%)
- Manage commercial operations for System Enhancement products, including demand creation, quotation, PO booking, and delivery monitoring.
- Support Account Managers to meet corporate revenue targets and fulfill sales agreements.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding quotation and PO progress,

- Assist the Service Business Manager in preparing SLA (Service Level Agreements) and managing service-related operations.
- Prepare annual service contracts for out-of-warranty systems and monitor monthly usage for optical service contracts and other items.
