A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
• Ensuring that the supplying process in our store is fully integrated with the communication & selling process
• Focusing on order parameters, product ordering and availability checks, and coaching other co-workers to secure the correct use of ordering procedures so that sufficient stock is available to meet customer needs.
• Securing and maintaining the availability of products and taking actions together with your commercial team colleagues to minimize the impact of availability issues on our customers.
• Supporting actions in the store commercial team to ensure a smooth selling-off of products, a timely start to sales of new products and the implementation of sales plans, such as promotions, to increase turnover.
• Maximizing the efficiency of the goods flow by ensuring the operational forecasting in the store is in line with order parameters and available sales space capacities.
• Contributing to minimizing the logistics costs in the store by identifying potential savings and initiating actions to improve stock accuracy and range structure
• Supports & Educate co-workers to secure the correct use of ordering procedures so that sufficient stock is available to meet customer needs.

You have Interest in home furnishing, people’s life at home, and the IKEA product range. You have passion for logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment. You have specialist knowledge of retail space management. You have strong analytical and advanced computer skills in MS office EXCEL. Developed social skills including a strong interest in people and the ability to show empathy in relationships with others. Demonstrated good communication skills - English & Korean. Enjoy working in a fast-paced demanding team environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work both on tactical and operational level with a track record of getting things done. High attention to detail – Handling over 14,000 products. Self-reliant and motivated with a ability to work as part of larger team and independently. Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
