We are growing our team in South Korea, and as part of this growth we are looking for a talented Office Manager, who will be playing an instrumental position in our quickly growing Seoul office.
Essential duties
- Responsible for managing the overall operation, maintenance, and security of our facilities
- Primary point of contact for all office visitors, new hires, and deliveries.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented appropriately
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for office supplies, catering services, janitorial services and other vendors as needed
- Cultivate relationships with landlord and property management companies
- Plan and execute office layout and office moves
- Support internal communications efforts
- Organize meetings and events
- Manage office, facilities, and execute within budget
- Support employee recognition programs
- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of building space allocation, layout, facilities expansion, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment and grounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative and motivation
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Highly organized, efficient, and process oriented
- Must be well trained in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Google+)
- Proficient in Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Physical Demands
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg.
