JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a Finance operations intern to support the billing process of our Finance &
Administration(F&A) team. The work scope extends from issuing e-Tax invoices to supporting the
monthly closing. We will count on you to execute pre-confirmed billing processes with a high degree of
accuracy to make sure SAP Korea can collects its revenues.
Our Finance Operations Intern should have a keen eye for detail and be a driven self-started. You
should also be comfortable collaborating with other departments and communicating in Korean with
customers to ensure billing accuracy. You will be embedded in SAP Korea’s finance and administration
team and get to understand the operations of the finance organization whilst being exposed to both
Korean customers and the SAP finance function.
Your goal will be to support team in order to bill our customers correctly
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (Responsibilities)
Responsible for issuing e-Tax invoice
Cross-checking the monthly invoice pool
Supporting monthly closing
Collaborate with Maintenance Go-To-Market, Finance and Administration and the Order-To-Invoice team
Address customer questions and claims and pro-actively suggest solutions

Senior/final year undergrad student, majoring in any relevant filed preferred (Business Administration, Accounting, etc.)
Positive mind and passionate attitude
Great attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
Business partnering
Strong team player
Very good service, customer and solution-orientation
Advanced MS Excel skills (hands-on experience incl. pivots and functions)
Preferably with prior related work experience
Able to speak in English and willing to communicate with team in English
Organizational and time-management skills
Available for about 6 to 8 months preferably (from late October 2020 until June 2021).
(NOTE: due to target start date, local citizens and/or permanent residents will be prioritized)
