업무내용
노보노디스크 글로벌 조직의 Graduate program은 2년 간 3개의 지역(서울 - 덴마크 - APAC 내의 한 국가)에서 근무하며
비즈니스 직무에 대해 배우고 다양한 프로젝트에 참여하며 커리어를 개발하는 프로그램입니다.
주로 product managing, strategy 등의 프로젝트에 참여하게 됩니다.

2년간의 프로그램을 무사히 마친 후 2년간의 경력을 인정 받으며 노보노디스크 한국(서울 잠실)의 정규직으로 입사하게 됩니다. 노보노디스크 주력 당뇨 사업부 전략 팀으로 입사합니다.

최종 프로그램 시작일은 2021.09.01 입니다.

About the International Operations Business graduate programme

Novo Nordisk International Operations encompasses markets in Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Latin America. Employees working within business in Novo Nordisk have a wide range of roles and responsibilities – but all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive continued success of Novo Nordisk.

During the 2-year programme you will undertake rotations in your home country (Korea), in our corporate or regional headquarters in Denmark and Zurich, and in one of our business regions or global affiliates. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn competencies relevant to the rotation.

The position

Throughout the Business graduate program, you will receive training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. You will develop your core skills within areas such as project management, marketing and sales, and finance related projects.

Furthermore, you will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in business at Novo Nordisk.

We’ve designed the program so that, following its successful completion, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to become a valued and promising part of our company in your home country.

Please note: This specific graduate programme is targeted at candidates from Korea. We have many other graduate programmes, which are open to applicants from anywhere in the world.

본 프로그램의 지원 자격은,

국내 MBA 또는 Business 관련 석사 학위 취득자,
경력사항은 1년 미만일 것(신입 사원으로서 프로그램에 참여하기 떄문),
모든 프로그램은 영어로 진행되므로(서울에서는 한국어/영어), 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 영어 구사력 있으신 분,
새로운 도전을 즐기며 다양한 환경을 경험하는 데에 거부감이 없는 분

꼭 제약 업계에 관심, 경력이 있으실 필요는 없습니다.

To apply for the International Operations Business graduate programme, Korea, you must have:

• Recent Master’s degree
• Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies (max. 1 year after studies)
• Above average academic achievements
• Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
• Fluent spoken and written English
• International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering*

*if Covid-19 restrictions have prevented you from obtaining (additional) international experience, e.g. studying or completing an internship abroad, feel free to still apply and explain what your plans were, how they changed and what relevant experience you have gained instead.
