• Prepare outgoing payment process (e.g. Process number creation, Mass change and execute Rebooking).
• Perform payment run and construct payment instructions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Extract bank statements and reconcile it with actual bank transactions.
• Review payment request of Travel & Entertainment expense via CONCUR system.
• Prepare periodic/ad-hoc report (e.g. Claim expense report, Counterparty limit report, Investment Breakdown Report, etc) and support monthly closing.
