Associate 솔루션 컨설턴트의 역할은 VMware 솔루션 기능에 대한 이해를 기반으로 고객의 비즈니스 문제와 요구 사항을 그에 맞는 VMware 솔루션과 조화롭게 연결하는 것 입니다. 고객을 영업적으로 관리하는 담당 영업 매니저와 협업하여, 주요 고객과 신뢰 관계를 형성하고, 이를 바탕으로 고객에게 필요한 조언자(advisor)가 되는 것이 목표 입니다.

Insights to your role - Associate Solution Consultant

In short, it is the person who has the responsibility of working with our clients/customers, to understand their business imperative and technical requirements, and then to build out innovative and differentiated solutions and architecture that will help these organizations drive business outcomes.

What does the job actually do?

In simple terms, the role of an associate solution consultant is to understand the business issues and needs of our customers, and the capabilities that VMware have, and facilitate a meeting of the two. You will initially work in partnership with an Account Executive who will handle the commercial and legal requirements, whilst you focus on becoming a trusted advisor with our key customers to earn their trust and deliver amazing results.

· 컴퓨터 과학, 컴퓨터 공학, 전자 공학을 포함하여 공학 학사 관련 학석사 졸업 혹은 졸업 예정.
· 고객과 협력하여 핵심 비즈니스 요인을 발견, 기술 및 디지털 혁신이 이러한 요구사항을 어떻게 충족시킬 수 있는지 방법을 찾고 결정 (솔루션 디자인)
· 혁신적인 솔루션과 결과를 도출하기 위해 기존의 틀을 벗어나 새로운 접근과 방법을 모색할 수 있는 태도
· 원할한 의사 소통 능력과 적극성
· 배우고자 하는 열정


Required Skills
· Recently graduated with a minimum of a BSc in Engineering, including but not limited to Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering.

· The ability to work with clients/customers to uncover their core business drivers and determine how technology and digital transformation can meet these requirements (Solution Design).

· The ability to think outside the box or even ignore the box altogether, to come up with innovate solutions and outcomes.

· You will need to be comfortable in communicating well and in telling the stories and evangelizing

· Hungry to learn.

· Passionate about technology and how it is changing the world for the better, especially within the cloud computing technologies, application development platform and Kubernetes

· An interest in some experience, either through school project or individual interest, in areas such as mobile application development, IoT and cloud computing.
