•Responsible for all activities related to Sale Support.
•Initiates and implements cost-effectively best practices in the lead to satisfaction process in compliance with a legal requirement
•Meet customer needs and business demands according to sales support team strategy
•Directs and coordinates communication with customers about general inquiries cash collection ensuring that all are handled promptly and courteously.
•Collection AR and manages overdue amounts and disputes with the Finance team
•Distributes payment list to key customers and reviews payment behavior
•Reviews customer’s payment behavior
•Publishes reports related to collection, overdue, payment, and backorders
•Improve sales support and customer excellence working process
