업무내용
Job title: Inside Sales Admin Intern
Line Manager: General Manager, Korea
Job Description:
Reporting to the GM, South Korea, you will be responsible for sales order processing, partner deal registration management and supporting sales internal processes.
Will be also in charge of cold lead outbound calls for potential customers and need to maintain and update customer and partner records.
Work closely with in-country field sales team and ensure effective data management and reporting. This includes, but not limited to, sales report, pipeline report, quarterly targets, and any other business reports as required.
Responsible for formulating and manage the renewal process. This includes, but not limited to the following
Making accurate reports on update for Renewals.
Liaising with Partners & Distributors to check on the progress of renewal orders
Reviewing renewal sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
Gathering market and customer information by contacting business partners like reseller sales and distributor sales, marketing.
Logistics and sales support for sales and marketing events.

Requirements
Degree Undergraduates in Business or related studies
Keen interest in sales, business development and operations
Excellent stakeholder management, and has strong communication skills
Meticulous, proactive, independent and able to perform with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS office software (e.g. Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook)
Experience in Salesforce data tool or any other CRM is highly advantageous
High Intermediate level of English communication skill.
