Responsibilities
1. Manage TikTok certified MCN partners and creators to develop sustainable eco-system;
2. Collaborate with vertical POCs and XFN members to improve in-app content creation quality, as well as monetization efficiency;
3. Explore new partners that can become TikTok specialized MCN and help them grow.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with minimum 3 years of experience in MCN field;
2. High level of understanding in the online streaming video market, big name creator related collaboration experiences is preferred;
3. High level of understanding in the platform operation field;
4. Have a deep understanding in data analysis and management skills;
5. Strong logical thinking ability, self-learning ability and creative mind;
6. Korean is mandatory, English as working proficiency is preferred.
