This position is responsible for carrying out fleet capital projects in Asia based on the company’s annual fleet capital investment plan. This will also include running reports and analyzing data for fleet assets as well as maintenance of related documentation to ensure costs are properly aligned on balance sheets. The fleet capital investment is the crucial element and activity to support the company’s robust growth by supplying brand new fleet assets on-time. This role will also conducting fleet asset related activities in the field, such as disposal of fleet asset due to damages or business situation.
- Issue capital project budget request forms via CAPEX system of the company based on the company’s annual invest plan.
- Set up capital projects in SAP.
- Create purchasing requisitions in SAP projects by making sure of correct fleet materials and approved supplier issues.
- Tracking PO process for the Purchase Requisitions
- Tracking the new fleet available schedule by checking PO progress of suppliers.
- Advise the shipping instructions to the logistics team, once the new fleet material is ready at the suppliers’ site.
- Inspect brand new fleet materials condition in the plant, if it is required.
- Arrange the local regulatory inspection activities for the brand-new cylinders that arrive.

- Upload / manage brand new fleet’s certification documents onto SAP and company system.
- Plan fleet build up activities based on plant or 3rd party vendor’s capacity and lead time.
- Capitalize fleet assets for those completed under SAP projects.
- Create CADR (Capital Asset Disposal Request) form for those fleet asset disposals are required.
- Arrange intercompany asset transfer activities among the different legal entities in the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineeringm Chemical Engineering
- 0~5 years of proven experience in a Purchasing/Quality/Production role in mechanical or chemical industries
- SAP Experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- MS software skills, especially Excel, is crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Self-motivated personnel with the ability working on different projects and activities with a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality/Production area of mechanical or chemical industries is a plus.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics related work experience is a plus.
