About the role
Facility Engineer Leader is one of key drivers for company's continued success via delivering warehouse expansion & upgrade project to fulfil up-to-date needs per business growth, robust and effective maintenance of site facility to support on-going operation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Own the execution projects- Warehousing(Utilities & Facilities) and Distribution center expansion, mainly for civil scope, and /or minor projects on Capacity/Automation/Safety/ Quality/Sustainability upgrades, including Design & Construct execution till closeout.

Be responsible for project scope, schedule, cost management

Own Permitting requirements for operation and any construction or new projects.

Your team
You will report to Senior Manager of engineering department and be accountable to Chonan DC Operation Leader. You will embark career journey with P&G from Chonan-based role for around 2~3 years.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering. Civil, Structural and Architecture background is preferred; Knowledge on Building MEP and Utilities system is beneficial

Effective communication and collaboration skills in English and Korean, a strong sense of urgency and capability to influence and drive rigor within a team of functional partners to deliver business result

Excellent forward and logical thinking, and fearless leadership skills.

Flexibility and agility

Korean citizenship or legal eligibility (F4 Visa) to work in Korea.

Preferred: Project Management Experience and Expertise of more than US$20MM capital projects preferably with industry accreditation (> 5 years)

Preferred: Knowledge on LEAN IPD is advantageous
