업무내용
1. Network System Management (50%)
- Configuring, maintaining and upgrading all on-premise and Cloud network devices(Backbone, Router, L2 switch, LTM, FW)
- Monitor network performance(availability, utilization, throughput and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Manage extranet interface to Sales centers, Bank, Government, Financial companies and Cloud connectionts (AWS, Azure, etc)
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Fully support wireless LAN managed service
- Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs
- Co-operate and collaborate for Global project leading by Group IT
2. Network Security Management (40%)
- Planning, engineering, and monitoring the security arrangements for the - protection of the network systems
- Configuring and implementing intrusion detection systems and firewalls
- Maintaining firewalls, virtual private networks, web protocols, proxy servers
- Manage Internet gateway and Internet separation zone
- Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
3. M365 Technical SME(Subject Matter Expert) and EUS(10%)
- Cooperate on projects for Microsoft products with Group O365 team
- Perform EUS(End User Support) tasks from Group IT
