Key Accountabilities

General Manager Support                                                                                                   20%

  • Reports to General Manager
  • Manage general manager’s calendars and set up meetings
  • Manage general manager’s internation travel such as flight and accommodation reservation
  • Manage general manager’s expense report

Office Administration                                                                                                          30%

  • Monitor level of office & canteen supplies and handle shortages within the budget
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Create monthly purchase order and vendor payments file and submit them to Finance team

HR Administration                                                                                                               50%

  • Upload the job posts in the job portal sites
  • Communicate with the candidates and arrange the interviews
  • Prepare onboarding kits such as business cards and employee ID cards
  • Update employee directory
  • Operate employee benefit programs such as group insurance and health check-up
  • Manage employee benefit points: Grant benefit points to employees
  • Support employees’ congratulations and condolences cases
  • Arrange the statutory trainings with the agency and make sure all employees attend the trainings
  • Arrange the labor management council meeting on a quarterly basis
  • Support employee engagement events
  • Manage internal intranet sites, DG Connect: Upload the related files
  • AD-hoc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is preferred
  • Have a career aspiration in HR field
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient English skill is a plus
