FLP 프로그램에 대해서 궁금하신 분들께 프로그램 관련해서 안내 드립니다:)

1. 이 포지션은 정규직인가요?
> 네 정규직입니다.

2. 이 포지션은 어떤 업무를 하게 되나요?
> 입사 후 Commercial 관련 업무 즉, 영업, 마케팅, Commercial Exellence 등의 다양한 업무를 경험하실 수 있게 되십니다.

3. 저는 경력이 없는데, 혹은 경력이 있는데 지원해도 괜찮을까요?
> 영어 가능하시고, 대학교를 졸업하신 분이라면 모두 지원 가능하십니다.

4. 선발과정은 어떻게 진행되나요?
> FLP는 서류 접수> 온라인 테스트 (2가지) > 대면 테스트 (면접 포함)를 통해 선발 됩니다.

5. 입사 시기가 6월이 어려울 것 같은데 지원 가능할까요?
> 아쉽게도 FLP 프로그램은 입사 시기를 6월로 정하고 이후 프로그램들을 계획하고 있어 조정이 어렵습니다 😢

Education required:  BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in related to Pharmacy/Bioscience.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and native Korean
Expected Start date: June 2023
Application deadline: 19th of March

What will you do? 

• Build your scientific knowledge of our products
• Represent our products to Healthcare Professionals and customers
• Develop brand plans and/or deliver globally aligned marketing campaigns for different customer groups
• Apply a data driven approach to problem-solving & idea generation
• Work in teams (incl. cross-functional teams)
• Prioritize and manage multiple objectives and deadlines
• Drive own performance and development with support from leaders
