업무내용
Demand/supply alignment
Lead & participate demand alignment meeting and address concerns to internal stakeholders
Reflect output on daily inbound/outbound schedule at customer dock
Material movement management
- Review logistic plan for inbound & outbound material movement to/from customer's cleanroom
- Schedule planning for rigger/forklift for customer dock activity
Manage the space inside the fab
- Secure the storage area inside the cleanroom and manage this space by aligning with the customer
- Conduct fab survey and keep the layout up-to-date
- Manage inventory inside of the fab
Planning on critical modules & EUV FRU (Freight Unit) move-in
- Pre-align with internal/external stakeholders regarding moving-path, move-in sequence, and move-in/out schedules to support UIR (upgrade, Install, Relocation) events
- Supervise the field work to ensure that materials are delivered and positioned safely and on time
Proper communication with internal / external stakeholders to improve logistic service level
Optimize the handover process between CS and material handler (MH) and ensure material handler performs the task inside the fab
Preparation of report, logistics KPI report or etc. requested by customer
Key interfaces:
Internal: CS Engineers, CSCM PnA (upgrade, install and relocation), 3PL supervisor
External: Freight Forwarder, Riggers & Customer
