CRM System/Data Management
- Provide weekly & monthly CRM data capture rate with store & all functions
- Closely monitoring & Analyze the customer database to expand the new VIP pool & increase customer engagement
- Manage the analyzing Task result data and planning the task schedule in SalesForce
- Improves accuracy by correcting data errors through communication with the headquarters
- Manage SalesForce System with HQ CRM & CRM vendors
CRM Campaign Support
- Support CRM Manager to implement CRM campaigns and activities
- Tracking and management the CRM campaign result using the system
