업무내용
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Boutiques operation
• Main interlocutors for Boutique on general inquiries/requests (operating tools incl. publication, stationery, business card order and delivery request, etc.)
• Receive boutique maintenance/cleaning request and support Retail Operation Manager for necessary follow-up action with contracted agency
• Collect and review the boutique expense voucher, purchase order handling with Finance (monthly boutique expense review, purchase order issuing in the SAP system, non-PO creation, other retail expenses handling)
• Maintain/support boutique staff onboarding/offboarding process mainly with uniforms distribution, business card order, name tag order, sales code request to IT and BTQ organization chart update
• Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, stationery order/delivery, arrangement, meeting room booking, send/receive the parcel(mail bag) between office and boutique etc.)
• Propose and implement all necessary action plans for retail team to improve working conditions in boutique and smoothen daily operations
2. Sales report and analysis
• Consolidate sales data and issue the daily/weekly/monthly sales report for Boutiques/DFS/Dealers
• Do the regular sales analysis and report in a timely manner
3. Other function Support
• Wholesale support for sell-in & out, price change etc.
• Ad-hoc support for various retail project led by each retail project leader
• Analyzing, collecting and sharing of each project outcome to support operational objectives
• Support in office/boutiques as needed across all channels (i.e., events, trainings, etc.)
