업무내용
This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing in Pyeongtaek Korea. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who can provides administrative, secretarial, general or expertise support for a department or group of individuals, or to senior executives effectively.
Role and responsibilities:
ㆍ Provides secretarial support for management.
ㆍ Coordinates meetings, other assistants, prepares external, internal correspondence and presentation materials.
ㆍ Provides administrative support to Managers and employees and performs tasks including scheduling, maintaining outlook calendar, writing correspondence and e-mailing answering requests.
ㆍ Facilitation effective communication among senior managers.
ㆍ Visitors’ overall meeting itineraries & logistics planning.
ㆍ Logistics (Local Transportation, conference rooms, etc.)
ㆍ Flexibility to perform other administrative tasks as required administrative support to the wider team when required.
ㆍ Work in collaboration with other support staff as needed to meet business needs.
ㆍ Contribute to the team by living the corporate values of challenge, collaborate, care.
* Working Location : Pyeongtaek, CLS factory

ㆍ Experience maintaining SharePoint files and sites a plus.
ㆍ Excellent planning, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
