-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchising or a related industry.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to understand and explain complex business concepts clearly.
-Fluency in Korean, proficiency in English is a plus
