The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team in Korea. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Delta Analysis: Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis compared to previous forecasts.
File Management: Maintain alignment files with team in Singapore, update RawBI/BuildQtr, and integrate them into weekly forecasting files.
Data Standardization: Standardize historical data for consistency and accuracy.
Database Preparation: Prepare database materials for PO status, FX rates, number of tools, and TechNode.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for bi-weekly meetings with Intel/Europe & US teams.
Location: Dongtan, South Korea

Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business.
Must be able to work on-site at the Dongtan office four days a week with remote work on Fridays.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
Someone who is diligent and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
