GENERAL ROLE
Digital Assistant supports Hermes Korea Digital Team in various areas including traffic management, e-visual merchandising, website feature development and digital communication of Hermes.com. He/she will be given an opportunity to widely experience e-commerce operation from A to Z as a supporter, as an observer and sometimes as a leader with directions from digital professionals. He/she will be part of success Hermes Korea team achieves in the digital sphere. He/she will report to Digital Assistant Manager who leads the vision of Hermes digital and oversees the entire e-business in Korea.
This is a contract-based position for 16 months (duration negotiable).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
- Assist traffic manager to recap key traffic performance index in a regular report by exporting and organizing data from GA4
- Assist user journey analysis to monitor quality of client experience in digital, also using data from GA4
- Manage keyword campaign booking in Naver
E-VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPPORT
- Manage monthly emailing by developing images and setting up of sendings with Hermes International team
- Issue JIRA tickets to correct publication and digital asset issues to improve excellence of window
- Be in connection with metier to source and gather visual assets and designs to activate digital campaigns
- Be part of online VM operation with guidelines and knowhows offered by E-Visual Merchandiser
- Support monthly newsletter development
WEBSITE FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Assist development of new feature in Hermes.com to create smoother, seamless omnichannel client experience
REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
- Ideally 1-3 years experiences in e-commerce or retail merchandising
- Experience in international luxury brand is preferred but not required
- Strong interest in digital with good understanding of data analysis and traffic KPIs
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4
- Fast learner of digital tools and VM softwares (FredHopper)
- Self-motivated, Team player with humble spirit
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Business English is required
