MY GOAL IS TO BECOME A TRUSTED BUSINESS PARTNER
Sales is a key activity at Dell Technologies and selling products to find improvements and to suggest solutions for the efficient operations of customer’s IT systems is vital. I also serve as a representative of our company and respond to our customer’s needs in order to provide the advice they need to help them make important decisions.
Selling products to customers is the most important part of sales, and we must think sincerely about our customers so they can trust and rely on our products and services. I always put “trust” first when working at Dell. Therefore, I strive to become a trusted business partner for my customers by understanding their business accurately and trying to find the best way to solve their challenges.
MY CAREER JOURNEY AT DELL
I majored in Computer Science and Engineering and started my first career as a researcher at Chemical Enterprise Company. However, I wanted to take an opportunity to be more active and goal-oriented, so I joined Dell Technologies in Product Presales (Product Technologies Sales). After that role, I continued my career as a Core Account Executive in charge of the Samsung partnership. If I had to pick one of my most memorable moments while working here, it is when customers show satisfaction with the products I recommend. Also, of course, anytime I work on closing difficult and complicated deals. I always try to find points I could improve on from the customer's feedback, and I always love when I hear feedback such as “I'm happy that the system has improved” or “I'm more satisfied than I expected.” At Dell Technologies, I can take a lot of opportunities without any limit and I would love to continue to grow my career.
