업무내용
- Provide pre and post-sales support to small and medium advertisers with our digital marketing products
- Work directly with advertisers to improve performance of Facebook Pages and our family of apps ad campaigns
- Grow revenue through proactive and reactive initiatives
- Create collateral to educate and inform advertisers
- Gather advertiser and partner feedback to enhance current and future ad products
- Identify trends to increase advertiser satisfaction with the support process
- Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Facebook
- Represent Facebook SMB team at conferences, events or through webinars

- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors or Masters or related degree
- No prior work experience required. Relevant internship or part-time work experience is a plus
- Interest and passion in customer sales, account management or consulting is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
- Experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills, expertise in Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high- pressure situations
- Strong team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Must be available to start employment any time between Jan 2020 and August 2020
* Graduate between July 2019 to June 2020
* Available to relocate to Singapore
* Native Korean language capability
