Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Your wellbeing is very important to us. As part of this commitment, you will have access to our especially designed wellbeing programmes to support your physical and psychological health and wellbeing.
What will I be doing?
- Review content on short-video platforms, select the most suitable labels for the content according to the policies in order to optimize the models
- Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions
- Attention to details and provide timely feedback to team leaders.
- Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
- Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates with fast-learning ability;
- Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content
- Ability to speak and read English and Korean fluently
- Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
- Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture.
- Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage.
