WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Human Resources Specialist, you’re a team player with the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships and be a positive influence. You demonstrate communication skills, actively listen and seek information
You manages the day-to-day operations of the human resource office of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
-Provides support to HRBPs in the development and delivery of HR solutions, programs, and processes
-Coordinate large/complex special projects or events
-Promotes use of portal and HR Direct Service Center to solicit HR process/functional advice
-Engages directly with HR Direct through appropriate channels to triage/redirect client queries
-Manages, complies, and reports employee and workforce related data; to include data integrity and accuracy, and basic interpretation or analysis

You will partner with our Nike Korea HR team and business team to support delivering our Team and Talent strategy in support of our Consumer Direct Offense goals.
