Marketing Digital Marketing Manager
업무내용
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing multiple digital channels such as social media, eDM, website, e-learning and more, creating and developing associated contents to drive new business leads and brand awareness of 'TikTok For Business' for business clients in Korea.
Digital Marketing Manager will be required to scale up social channel coverage via owned medias and paid ads to explore new business opportunities, widen TT4B brand coverage and interactive client communication.
The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding and experience in digital marketing and know how to manage owned media channels improving ROI on appropriate T&M. A highly-driven, enthusiastic individual who has strong quantitative skills, the ability to quickly analyze data and take actions, and is looking to work within our B2B Marketing team and build our digital assets.

- Plan, build and optimize social digital channel plans to support generating sales leads to support business
- Design and develop content for social (FB, IG, YT and TikTok) and official owned media channel(website and landing page) aligned with brand messages and narratives to engage advertisers, agencies and industry partners
- Work closely with the global team to localize global marketing content including trans-creation of creative assets with appropriate voices and narratives
- Work closely with the event manager and communication manager to execute planned marketing campaigns on digital channels to achieve targeted ROI
- Work closely with sales, PR, product and other cross-functional teams to design content and narrative for social engagement

직무관련
- 3-7 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, with experience across multiple marketing functions: digital, web, social, integrated marketing, etc;
- Marketing experience in a global companies with an extensive and demonstrable proven track record of driving performance across multiple channels;
- Experience managing CRM with strong affinity to data analytics;
- Proven experience with organic and paid campaigns, at small and large scale. SEO website, Excel, Adwords, GA and Social media management;
- A team player who can lead projects and strong project management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written English and Korean communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environments is preferred.
