About the role
An exciting opportunity is a part of Client Markets Team focusing on the acquisition and retention of new business in Korea. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required to be a professional in the insurance industry.
• Act as the main contact point of clients relating to their needs to develop and implement appropriate reinsurance solutions
• Maintain our existing business of current clients by leveraging Swiss Re's business relationships and global expertise
• Identifies innovative reinsurance solutions to increase market penetration and new business opportunities
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Develop a thorough understanding of our service and solution to a prospect opportunity
About You
• Completed university degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Math, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Team-player, willingness to contribute actively to the overall team spirit
• Skills to express effectively in one-on-one conversations and small groups
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English
