업무내용
- (Inbound Sales) Manage incoming customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and process orders to maximize sales opportunities
- (Outbound Sales) Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate leads, upsell/cross-sell products, and re-engage inactive accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end customers to drive business growth
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute sales campaigns and promotions
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in inside sales, tele-sales, and/or B2B sales is required
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred; Experience in working with CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent) is preferred
- Good communication in English (both written and spoken) is required and Korean is a must
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset; Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets
