업무내용
[Financial Audit Support]
- Support the annual and interim financial audits by preparing audit schedules, PBC (Provided by Client) documents and supporting evidence for external auditors.
- Organise and retrieve vouchers, invoices, contracts and other records requested during the audit.
- Help track and respond to auditor queries in a timely manner.
[Expense Management]
- Support expense compliance with company policy and Korean tax regulations.
- Review employee expense claims against tax evidence requirements (e.g., qualifying receipts).
- Process expenses in SAP.
- Assist with budget tracking on monthly reports.
[Month-End Closing & Tax Support]
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
- Help maintain inventory reconciliations and other month-end supporting schedules.
- Assist with tax-related projects.
[Ad-hoc Tasks]
- Assist with preparing management reports and control documentation.
- Support process improvements and keep accounting files well documented.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Fluent written and spoken Korean, with working proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and orientation for numbers.
