업무내용
§ Job description (ENG)
1. Construction Management/ Repairs & Maintenance Management/ Term Contract Management
-Assist Property Managers to prepare and follow up on procurement required documents from Vendors
-Create a Vendor Database and run the Supplier Lifecycle Management process
-Assist Property Managers to monitor construction progress and follow up on progress documentation on completion
-Assist on managing construction related documents
2. Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
- Assist Property Managers to coordinate with external FM and term contractors to prepare Monthly/Quarterly report
- Assist Property Managers to manage incidents and defects reporting
- Budgeting/Capex and Opex tracking
- Maintain the Contract Indexing and Purchase Order tracking of Expenditures
3. Other PM Administrative Work Support
- Collecting expense invoices and supporting payment process
- Assist Property Managers to seek internal approval for Capex & Opex Expenditures
- Assist SAP entries under MM and PM module
- Assist all other property operation matters

- 자산관리담당자(Property Manager, 이하 ‘PM’)의 각종 공사 발주/구매 업무 보조
- 협력업체 DB 작성 및 제반 관리
- PM의 공사 감독 및 관련 보고 업무 보조
- 공사 계약 관련 문서 관리
2. 정기(월간, 분기별) 본사(싱가포르 HQ, 이하 ‘HQ’)) 보고 문서 작성
- PM을 보조하여 외주 FM서비스 및 각종 유지 보수 업체에 대한 월/분기 보고서 작성
- PM을 보조하여 각종 사고 및 하자사항 관련 본사(HQ) 보고
- 월별 주요 이슈 사항 보고
- 예산 및 비용 기록/관리
- 각종 발주공사 및 구매기록관련 Indexing 및 order tracking 업무
3. 기타 PM 업무지원
- 세금계산서 취합 및 비용지급 지원
- 각종 자본적지출(CAPEX)공사 및 유지수선 공사(OPEX) PM업무 보조
- SAP 입력 및 운용 (MM 및 PM module 한정)
- 기타 자산관리 관련 제반 부수 업무
