➢ Receive booking request
➢ Perform checks (e.g. routing, quotation, allocation and equipment)
➢ Perform Booking input
➢ Perform Charges input (Auto Freighting + manual)
➢ Send Booking Confirmation
➢ Manage booking amendments / cancellation
➢ Make regular / special cargo / hazardous / cross trade bookings
➢ Send booking confirmation and related documents to the customer
➢ Perform auto freighting when it is possible and/or necessary
