About this opportunity
The Event Support Administrator will be working closely with Korea event team to support on customer data, program, and admin tasks. Great opportunity if you’d like to join a company growing fast and leading digital orthodontics in Korea.
In this role, you will…
- Support Invisalign Korea’s external and internal events operation
- Take care of a set of online training programs from end to end
- Invitation and participant management
- Set up and manage (EMT) Event Management Tool
- Set up and monitor the Zoom webinar
- Create, submit, and monitor pre-approval and post-report for the legal and compliance process
- Regular documentation of approvals, and support documents for legal and compliance
- Prepare booth & material for academic conferences
- Manage payment and relative process
- Vendor on-boarding process and system management for event-related agencies
Other requirements
- Apply clear understanding and follow compliance, legal, and KMDIA, local regulatory guidelines in event execution
- It may include evening and weekend shift
- Good at Excel, PowerPoint
In this role, you’ll need …
- Experience in the medical or pharma industry
- Experience in the event/PR agency or PCO industry
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce
