Job Title: CS Intern
Contract Period: 1year (Contract Period can be extended upon business circumstances and individual performance.)
Location: Seoul, Korea
Key Responsibilities
- Client Care & Experience
- Provide consultation to clients across the brand and all product categories
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries
- Manage client inquiries related to exchanges, refunds, returns, and after-sales service
- Handle client feedback and complaints, and share feedback to support quality improvement
- E-Commerce & Omni Operations Support
- Support overall online purchase operations and sales administration
- Handle Return Notice processing and related operational tasks
- Clienteling & Communication
- Support client communication via email regarding restocks and campaign announcements
Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Relevant experience is a plus
- Strong interest in and passion for retail, luxury, and online business
- Excellent communication skills with a strong service mindset and sales orientation
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
- Foreign language skills are a plus (English, etc.)
